Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with strong knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and MEP systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed HVAC, Plumbing, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Develop shop drawings, GA drawings, sectional views, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and architects.
- Prepare BOQ drawings and quantity-related documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
- Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and client comments.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.
- Assist project execution teams during installation and coordination activities.
- Perform clash coordination with electrical, firefighting, and civil services.
- Support project documentation and submission processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of piping layouts, ducting layouts, and equipment drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IS standards and project coordination practices.
Qualification
- ITI Draftsman / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
- Relevant certification in AutoCAD or Revit preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial projects, data centers, hotels, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, plumbing systems, and MEP coordination.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Site visit coordination experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
