ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Routine daily breakdown maintenance activity in assembly machines
· Diagnosing breakdown problems.
· Able to understand the scope of work and execute it within the expected due date.
· Should take ownership of the tasks assigned.
· Operation and maintenance of all the electrical equipment in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Instruction manual.
· Daily maintenance activity as per the daily maintenance check list
· Maintaining department logbook record.
· Preventive Maintenance of all machines as per the check list
· Predictive maintenance of all the equipment as per the schedule
· Maintain sufficient inventory of critical spares for all equipment.
· Ensuring all Fire alarm (FAS & PAS) system are working condition.
· Basic knowledge on 5S and kaizen
KEY EXPERIENCES, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Diploma in electrical and electronics/ Mechatronics engineering 3 to 4 years.
ITI – Electrician, Minimum - 4 to 6 years.
· Basic knowledge of operation and maintenance in SPM, Auto assembly & semi auto assembly machines.
· Basic knowledge in operation and maintenance of Robots, laser welding machine, spot welding machine and inkjet printers.
· Good knowledge in Preventive & Predictive maintenance
· Basic knowledge in electrical & utility equipment maintenance.
· Basic Knowledge of operation and maintenance in Diesel Generators & compressors.
· Basic Knowledge in operation and maintenance of Electrical switchgears system.
· Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of UPS System.
· Working knowledge of A/c systems and controls.
· Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of chillers & cranes.
· Knowledge in operation and maintenance of Fire alarm (FAS & PAS)
· Basic knowledge of operation and maintenance in assembly machines.
· CTC range: Maximum ₹7 LPA (inclusive of variable component)
