Sriram Palace Banquet & Hotel is looking for a confident, presentable, and professional Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage guest interactions and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel reception or front office management and excellent communication skills to create a welcoming experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors professionally
- Handle hotel check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room bookings, banquet inquiries, and phone calls
- Maintain guest records and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management teams
- Assist customers with event and room-related information
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent hospitality service
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as Receptionist / Front Office Executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/booking handling
- Ability to manage guests politely and confidently
- Experience in hotel, banquet, or hospitality industry preferred

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
