Job Description:
We are looking for suitable candidates with a minimum 2-3 years experience in institutional marketing or construction related industry. Candidates with exposure to waterproofing, sports, flooring industries will be given preference. Possession of a two wheeler is a must.
One position each open at Kochi, Kozhikode & Trivandrum. reporting to Lead Consultant. The position carries attractive performance based incentives.
Responsibilities

Meet influencer segment such as Architects, PMC's, Contractors etc and pitch company's services and create awareness.

Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client

Attend calls from clients enquiring for out services

Provide free consultation to an extent to satisfy the customer with an aim to nurture them as our customer

Periodic Follow up with such clients on phone
-
Visit the client, if need be, to provide consultancy and correct advice to the client.

Negotiate with client and close deals
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam & Hindi

Graduates with any degree with a pleasing personality

Should have Rapport building skills in person and over phone.

Should be familiar with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint

Savvy in Internet usage and data finding

Should be dynamic and quick to learn and adapt.
