We are looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist to generate qualified leads and projects for our IT services.
Responsibilities
- Find relevant projects on Upwork.
- Submit customized and winning proposals.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Understand requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into projects.
- Track proposals, responses, interviews, and conversions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, WordPress, and SaaS.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Previous Upwork project conversion experience preferred.
