What you will do:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
· Prepare business analysis documents such as BRD, FRD, and process flows
· Analyze business data and generate reports, dashboards, and insights
· Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
· Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech)
· Track KPIs, MIS reports, and performance metrics
· Assist in system implementation, ERP/CRM enhancements, and UAT testing
· Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
· Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
