Job Description
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and beneficiary records.
- Ensure timely reporting to the Project Lead and management.
- Work closely with government departments, hospitals, police and local stakeholders when required.
- Conduct daily beneficiary assessments, case histories, and follow-up support.
- Coordinate rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration activities for homeless vulnerable individuals battling with mental health challenges.
- Support the shelter team in planning and implementing rehabilitation programs.
- Facilitate medical care, counselling, family tracing, and community linkages

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (Full-Time) from a recognized university with specialization in Community Development/ Medical & Psychiatry/ Psychology or any related field.
- Prior experience in NGO/social sector work is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle fieldwork, community visits and case follow-ups.
- Sense of responsibility, empathy and discipline.
