Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for different roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal events
- Address basic employee queries and HR support
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or HRMS tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
