We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. Even though this is a junior role, we require a seasoned creative with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in the fast-paced worlds of advertising and digital marketing. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual content across various digital and print mediums. If you are a master of traditional design software, a wizard in Canva, and ahead of the curve with AI design tools, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Conceptualize, design, and produce highly engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, and branding projects.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate campaign concepts into visually stunning assets that align with client goals.
- Tool Integration: Seamlessly blend traditional graphic design software with modern AI tools and Canva to optimize workflow, generate fresh concepts, and deliver rapid iterations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets adhere to our clients' brand guidelines while pushing the creative envelope.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, digital marketing strategies, and AI advancements to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience working within an Advertising Agency and a Digital Marketing Firm. You must understand the fast turnaround times and strategic requirements of these environments.
- Software Mastery: Proficient in all industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Canva Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Canva for quick-turnaround projects, templating, and collaborative design.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AI generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, DALL-E) and how to ethically and legally integrate them into commercial design workflows.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of ad creatives, social media campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
