The candidate should be capable of handling enterprise applications, vendor coordination, infrastructure planning, IT governance, security coordination, and team management. The role requires someone who can understand business needs clearly and convert them into structured technology solutions.
The CTO will work closely with management, SAP ERP vendors, software service providers, infrastructure teams, and internal IT teams to ensure smooth technology operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SAP ERP vendors for implementation, support, enhancements, and integrations.
- Coordinate with software development companies and other IT service vendors.
- Understand business requirements from different departments and convert them into functional requirements for technical teams.
- Manage and monitor IT projects from planning to delivery.
- Ensure vendors and internal teams follow agreed SLAs and delivery timelines.
- Handle multiple system integrations between ERP, CRM, retail systems, BI tools, and third-party platforms.
- Work with IT security audit teams to ensure proper security standards and compliance.
- Coordinate with server infrastructure, cloud, networking, and system administration teams.
- Build and establish a strong and future-ready IT team structure.
- Manage and guide internal teams including: (Developers, System Engineers, Network Engineers, CCTV Engineers, BI Developers)
- Develop IT-related policies, processes, and operational protocols for the organization.
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of all business-critical systems.
- Support management in technology planning and digital transformation initiatives.
Required skills:
- Strong experience working with ERP / CRM implementations.
- Experience coordinating with multiple software and infrastructure vendors.
- Good understanding of project management and SLA management.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and integrations.
- Good understanding of IT security and audit processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and business understanding capability.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT leadership or enterprise technology roles.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation and enterprise system management is preferred.
Qualification:
- Develop IT-related policies, processes, and operational protocols for the organization.
- Additional certifications in Project Management, ERP, IT Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
