The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Sales amp; Business Development with 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales and strategic business development. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to enterprise sales, solution selling, strategic partnerships, and handling complex sales cycles in sectors such as Fintech, SaaS, Payments, Biometric Solutions, Banking, Telecom, Government, EMS, or Technology Solutions.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales amp; business development strategies to achieve revenue and
market expansion goals.
Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, competitor activities, and potential
customer segments.
Build strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate business growth.
Drive market penetration strategies across domestic and international territories.
Present business cases, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies to leadership.
Functional Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Generate and qualify high-value leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events,
and strategic prospecting.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, decision-makers, and channel
partners.
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention and revenue growth.
Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, proposal submissions, and contract
closures.
Coordinate with Product, Pre-sales, Technical, and Delivery teams for customized customer
solutions.
Ensure strong pipeline management and accurate CRM reporting.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
3-5 years of experience in Sales amp; Business Development
Strong B2B enterprise sales experience in technology-driven industries
Proven experience managing complex and long sales cycles
Experience in domestic and/or international business development
