Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

CTC: ₹18-25 LPA

About the Company
We are a Public Private Partnership(PPP) organization specializing in the Auction-based buying and selling of pre-owned vehicles. We successfully conduct large-scale monthly vehicle auctions in Pune and Mumbai, bringing together a network of buyers, sellers, dealers, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Having successfully completed 22+ auctions, with participation from 80+ buyers and sellers per event, we are now expanding our business operations and pursuing a large-scale Government-backed Dealer Authorization Certificate (DAUC) Project commence from 1st August 2026, aimed at digitizing and streamlining the vehicle ownership transfer and RTO ecosystem.
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations, project execution, process excellence, stakeholder management, and organizational growth.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's overall business operations, strategic execution, process optimization, and growth initiatives. The COO will play a key role in driving the operational execution of the upcoming Dealer Authorization Certificate (DAUC) project, scheduled to commence from 1st August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations across the organization.
- Develop scalable operational processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Drive operational planning and execution for the DAUC project.
- Manage relationships with dealers, buyers, sellers, government authorities, RTO stakeholders, and business partners.
- Identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor key business KPIs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and CIO to support strategic business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (Operations, Strategy, General Management) or Engineering background preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in Operations, Business Management, Project Management, or Organizational Leadership.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role such as COO, VP Operations, Director Operations, Head of Operations, or Business Unit Head.
- Experience in Automotive, Auto Auctions, Marketplace Platforms, Government Projects, Mobility, or Technology-Driven Businesses preferred.
