- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee MERN and AI, providing technical guidance when required.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline development processes.
- Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and quality assurance to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software development and project management.
- Strong technical expertise in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, technologies.
- Hands-on experience in leading software development teams.
