We are hiring Sales Executives for Two-Wheeler Refinance business. The role involves customer acquisition, field sales, lead generation, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for Two-Wheeler Refinance Loans
- Conduct field visits and meet potential customers
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports
- Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales / Banking / NBFC sector preferred
- Freshers can also apply (Salary will be offered as per fresher criteria)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel
- Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation preferred
Salary: ₹10,500 - ₹21,100 + Incentive + Fuel Allowance (Final depends on interview & experience)
