Experience: 3–5 Years (Preferred)
Location: Satara
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth line operations.
✅ Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
✅ Monitor and improve production KPIs, efficiency, productivity, and wastage control.
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and company standards.
✅ Lead, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors.
✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
✅ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
✅ Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and production records.
✅ Minimize downtime and support preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Production, or related field.
✔ Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of production planning, line management, and process optimization.
✔ Understanding of food safety systems, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
✔ Leadership and team management skills.
