- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and corporate tie-ups.
- Identify potential customers in residential, commercial and industrial segments.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote Pest Control Services, AMC and other company offerings.
- Conduct regular market visits and analyse competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales/MIS reports to management.
- Train, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Graduate in any discipline with pest control background; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Pest Control, Facility Management, Service or related industries.
- Prior experience in handling a sales team will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, inventory control, and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Purchase Management Systems. Strong follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Source and procure pest-control chemicals, equipment, PPE, tools, and consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to branches.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages, overstocking, expiry, and wastage.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for chemical and material purchases.
- Coordinate with Operations, Stores, Accounts, Branches, and vendors.
- Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and vendor performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
