Codeaxia Digital Solutions is a digital marketing agency providing services in Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Web Designing, Development & Maintenance.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our in-house team -
- Experience in Managing, optimizing, running client ad campaigns on Facebook (Meta), Instagram & Google
- Experience on any other ad platforms like Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest would be a plus but not mandatory
- Develop and implement ad account sale strategies
- Must have experience in running ads for e-commerce/D2C brands
- Knows how to scale ad accounts
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance
- Create and maintain detailed reports on ad performance, funnel metrics, and customer acquisition costs.
- Analyse campaign data and user behaviour to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to read and mine marketing data for insights
- Should know about optimizing conversion rates
- Should be able to run sale campaigns, lead generation campaigns
- Coordinate with the team
- Optimize email/whatsapp campaigns would be a plus but not mandatory
- Should take responsibility for its work
- Should be coachable and have a learning attitude
