- Counsel students and working professionals regarding online degree, diploma, and certification programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses based on career goals.
- Explain program details including eligibility, curriculum, duration, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Support students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide continuous guidance until admission completion.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Stay updated about university programs, online education trends, and admission policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
