Job Summary
Boffin Web Technology is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be passionate about sales, and enjoy interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident personality with strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Email)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
Preferred
- Experience in IT Sales, Website Development, Digital Marketing, or Software Sales is a plus
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, or LinkedIn will be an added advantage
