We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Chef/Head with 8+ years of expertise in bakery production, recipe development, team management and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for leading bakery operations, ensuring consistent product quality and driving innovation while maintaining the highest food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily bakery production operations.
- Prepare and supervise the production of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts and other baked products.
- Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Plan production schedules based on business requirements and sales forecasts.
- Monitor food quality, presentation and portion standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels and procurement of bakery ingredients.
- Control food costs, minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor and supervise bakery team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain bakery equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Introduce new products and seasonal offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
