Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient platform operations, while maintaining a focus on optimizing infrastructure and supporting project delivery timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to improve environment setup efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align platform capabilities with project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to platform tools and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in cloud environment setup and management.
- Strong knowledge of automation pipeline deployment and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and environment orchestration tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
