Job Description
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join Team SUJALA for market expansion across South Kolkata and South 24 Parganas.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Retail market visits and outlet coverage
- Generating secondary sales
- Distributor coordination and relationship management
- New retailer onboarding
- Order collection and market feedback
- Ensuring visibility and placement of products in the market
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Must be target-driven and market-focused
- Bike & valid driving license preferred
