- Data & Analytics: Track digital engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate monthly reports to optimize future strategies.
- Crisis Communications: Rapidly respond to industry news, political shifts, or labor developments with timely and accurate digital messaging.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and social media scheduling platforms.
