Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination.
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating programs.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring and workforce planning requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
- Exposure to payroll coordination and HR analytics.
