Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, workforce management, and quality control in our panel board manufacturing unit. The candidate should ensure smooth production flow, timely delivery, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, and panel board manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with design, store, purchase, and quality departments.
- Maintain production schedules and workflow.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Reduce production delays, wastage, and operational issues.
- Handle manpower allocation and shop floor supervision.
- Monitor machine maintenance and production efficiency.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in production or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge in LT panel board manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and inventory coordination.
- Ability to manage shop floor operations efficiently.
Experience
- 2+ years preferred in manufacturing / production field.
