Job Description
Role:
As a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will lead large-scale digital transformation engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders to define platform strategy, architecture, and roadmaps. You will bring a strong blend of functional expertise and technical depth to deliver impactful, scalable solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning on the ServiceNow platform

Partner with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and transformation strategy

Drive solution design across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Provide thought leadership and advisory on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends

Govern architecture standards, design principles, and platform scalability
-
Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations
-
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and value realization

Support pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations as a subject matter expert
What We’re Looking For

12+ years of experience, with significant ServiceNow expertise (6+ years) in consulting environments
-
Strong experience across:ITSM, HRSD, SAM Pro
-
Proven ability to operate at both strategic (architecture/roadmap) and hands-on (solutioning) levels
-
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale transformation programs

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and governance model
Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/HRSD/SAM)

Experience working with global clients Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models

Information Security Responsibilities

Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols

Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
