Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers as required and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance updates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
