About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketer/ PPC Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Blinkit and other Quick Commerce/Marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and conversion rate improvement.
This role is critical in driving product visibility, customer acquisition, sales growth, and return on advertising spend (ROAS) across emerging quick-commerce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Blinkit Ads and other marketplace platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily campaign metrics and identify opportunities to improve visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with category, e-commerce, and brand teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.
Performance Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, product listings, ad formats, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue growth.
- Identify high-performing SKUs and recommend scaling strategies.
- Improve product discoverability through marketplace optimization techniques.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs, including:
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Sales Contribution
- Customer Acquisition Metrics
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities, category trends, and marketplace opportunities.
Marketplace Growth Initiatives
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and product content.
- Stay updated with marketplace advertising features, algorithms, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Marketing, or E-commerce Growth.

- Experience managing advertising campaigns on Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace growth levers and digital shelf optimization.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive measurable business impact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
