- Manage complete store operations and daily activities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and ensure good customer service
- Manage and motivate sales staff/team
- Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
- Monitor stock availability and inventory management
- Handle billing, cash management, and store reports
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
- Train new employees and monitor staff performance
- Coordinate with warehouse and higher management
- Reduce product loss/shrinkage and maintain security
- Manage promotions, offers, and festival sales activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS reports.
Pay: ₹12,070.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
