Role and Responsibilities:
- Actively source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Assess candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications, skills, and experience before endorsement.
- Ensure candidates fit both company culture and job-specific requirements.
- Verify qualifications and certifications are met before endorsing candidates.
- Ensure recruitment tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Provide daily recruitment status reports and weekly reports as required.
- Regularly update and maintain the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring need.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, SAP Consultants, BI Analysts/Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc.)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
