Job description:
Key responsibilties:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism
- Manage reservations and maintain waiting lists .
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
- Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences, and ensure memorable dining experiences
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and escalate concerns when necessary
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth table service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a poised and polished presence throughout service hours
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (hotel or restaurant).
- Positive attitude, punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Ready to work in shifts
- Good Communication Skill
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
