Position: Business Development Trainee (BDT)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Trainee who is eager to learn and build a career in sales and business growth. In this role, you will learn how to connect with business owners, understand their needs, and guide them with the right marketing solutions to help them grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in generating business leads
- Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Understand client requirements and business challenges
- Support in explaining digital marketing services
- Assist senior team in client meetings and follow-ups
- Learn how to convert leads into clients
- Build basic client relationship skills
Requirements:
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience
- Good communication skills ( Malayalam, Tamil + basic English)
- Interest in sales, business, and marketing
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and confidence
