What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Perform stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Label and prepare products for Amazon, Flipkart, and website orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.
- Assist in quality checks before dispatch.
- Support returns, replacements, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
Who We're Looking For
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling packages.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing to learn and grow.
