Holistic Mind Therapy is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our reach and build meaningful relationships with individuals, organisations, schools, doctors, and corporate partners. This role combines business development, marketing coordination, and client relationship management to increase awareness of our mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, schools, colleges, NGOs, HR teams, and corporate organisations.
- Pitch the clinic's services including individual therapy, workshops, counselling programmes, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and long term partnerships.
- Meet monthly business development and revenue targets.
Marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for social media, brochures, presentations, and promotional material.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Assist in organising workshops, awareness events, and mental health campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with referral partners and existing clients.
- Conduct follow ups with potential clients and organisations.
- Ensure a positive client experience from enquiry to onboarding.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain an updated CRM and lead database.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators and present insights to management.
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and networking events.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or service industries is preferred.
