Job Responsibilities
- "*As a member of the business analysis team, you will directly contribute to outperformance of the Automation department at MSIL. You will be comfortable working in both agile and waterfall operating models and will support the transition from project to value stream delivery. Team leading experience is a must
- You will have an excellent working knowledge of business analysis, with good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a mix of business and technical aptitude along with strong leadership skills.
- You will support to coordinate efforts across initiatives to prevent gaps. You will spend a large portion of your time working with users to understand their requirements and then documenting them for use by a range of internal colleagues and external suppliers.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of one or more business areas and related processes and will use your communication and analytical skills to enable a full understanding of the business's current and future IT solution needs.
- Requirement elicitation – the ability to discover, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders using a variety of methods
- Requirement analysis – the ability to understand requirements and trace them back to business outcomes
- System expertise – the ability to analyse and understand both data and technology solutions at a detailed level
- Technical translation – the ability to identify system enhancements, determine development impact demonstrating knowledge in systems, processes, and data
- Provide updates and reports on the progress of BA work.
- Provide subject matter expertise on feasibility of initiatives and proposed solutions."
Competencies / Skills:
- Analytical Problem- Solving capabilities with Interpersonal and consultative skills
- Excellent communication Skills (verbal / email)
- Technological inclination and up-to-date with newest technology trends like Low code platforms - Power BI / Power App, RPA, OCR, ECM etc.
- Certification and relevant experience in Business Analyst role
- Well versed with Project Management tools like Jira, Visio, Confluence, etc along with Team leading experience is a must.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business requirement and devise possible solutions"
