Responsibilities
- Collect total tour payments from tourists within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets, internal databases and system with payment and tourist information
- Oversee stock inventory and ensure timely dispatch of necessary materials
- Handle all tourist communications through email, phone calls, WhatsApp and coordinate tour arrangement
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in tourism, hospitality, or public relations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills, communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of local regulations and tourism industry trends
