As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, including the front desk, concierge, and bell desk. Your primary goal is to ensure that every guest experiences the resort's signature Goan hospitality from check-in to check-out
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor Front Office staff (Associates, Executives, and Duty Managers) to maintain high service standards and grooming levels.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and handle escalated complaints or special requests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservations.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and with Maintenance for any immediate room issues.
- Financial & Administrative: Manage the departmental budget, monitor occupancy rates, handle billing disputes, and prepare monthly reports on bookings and guest feedback.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all hotel safety, emergency, and cash-handling procedures
Pay: ₹12,631.86 - ₹45,931.93 per month
