Job description:
MITS Academy is looking for a proactive and well-spoken Front Desk Executive(Telecaller) to manage student inquiries, handle front desk operations, and ensure a smooth communication flow between students and the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments
- Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations
- Provide basic information about courses and academy services
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage emails, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized
Requirements
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Presentable personality and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus (freshers can apply)
