Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom
- Handle walk-in customers and direct them to the sales or service team
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Maintain visitor records and daily call logs
- Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams
- Assist in basic documentation and billing support if required
- Maintain a clean and professional front office area
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Good communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Prior showroom or customer service experience preferred
