Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Hiring Sales Executives, Telecallers, Managers, and Support Staff
- Candidate sourcing through portals, references, and social platforms
- Conducting screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Managing hiring targets and workforce planning
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Issuing Appointment Letters
- Managing NDA, Code of Conduct, and Policy Documentation
- Employee verification and joining formalities
- Maintaining employee records and files
Attendance & Performance Monitoring
- Attendance management
- Daily reporting and productivity tracking
- KPI and performance evaluation
- Coordination with department heads
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Employee motivation and retention programs
- Conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Team culture and discipline management
- Organizing training and development activities
HR Compliance & Policies
- Maintaining company HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to company rules and professional conduct
- Managing confidentiality and organizational ethics
- Coordination related to reimbursements and internal compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
