Job Description :-
- 10–15 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects (minimum one project of 20+ storeys handled end-to-end in a Project Manager/Project Head capacity)
- Strong background with EPC/general contracting firms on RCC high-rise structures, including basements, podiums, and tower superstructure

Hands-on experience in pre-construction activitiesProven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary site teams (engineering, planning, QS, QA/QC, safety, and subcontractors) for large residential projectsGood command over project planning and monitoring using bar charts/CPM, with clear understanding of productivity norms and micro-level scheduling for high-rise works
