About the Role
We are looking for experienced HubSpot Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem, CRM architecture, automation, and CMS development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions that support marketing, sales, and customer service operations while ensuring scalable and efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HubSpot CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and manage Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Create and customize Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket, and Custom Objects.
- Develop and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead management processes.
- Build and manage static lists, active lists, and lead scoring models.
- Create custom properties, reports, and dashboards for business insights.
- Develop responsive landing pages, email templates, and forms using HubSpot CMS.
- Customize HubSpot themes, templates, and modules using HubL.
- Build responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications using REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Follow development best practices, documentation standards, and deployment processes.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Expertise in Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket, and Custom Objects.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot Workflows and Automation.
- Experience with Static Lists, Active Lists, and Lead Scoring.
- Proficiency in creating Custom Properties, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience developing Email Marketing campaigns, Landing Pages, and Forms.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with HubL (HubSpot Markup Language).
- Good understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working on end-to-end HubSpot implementations and customizations.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
