Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new leads and proactively pursue sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Identify, engage, and close B2B/B2G sales opportunities for drones and services.
- Build and manage relationships with government bodies, corporates, channel partners, and defence entities.
- Lead. strategize and execute partnership discussions, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos to showcase the capabilities of our drone products and services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Work with the sales team to create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, maintain detailed records, and update data sheets in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts while negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Draft, coordinate, and manage MoUs, partnership agreements, and commercial documents in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, government stakeholders, and internal teams (technical, operations, finance).
- Deliver structured sales presentations and technical-commercial demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop customized proposals and solutions aligned with client requirements and operational constraints.
- Own and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, demos, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and invoices, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, forecasts, deal status, and market intelligence.
- Undertake extensive on-ground travel across India for customer meetings, defence trials, live demos, exhibitions, and strategic engagements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in technology or drone industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in data maintenance and invoicing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with the drone industry or related technology sectors is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
