The Role: Investigator - Research and Learning
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Data Collection :
- Field level valid and accurate data collection, including student details, obtaining consent, and conducting interviews for surveys and research studies, either through telephonic surveys or in person
- Timely and accurate data entry in digital forms with Tabs/Smartphone and submission
- Any other field-level quantitative or qualitative data collection as required
- Referrals of appropriate cases
- Coordination with Alumni, program and operation teams during data collection with respective programs.
2) Other General Responsibilities :
- Investigators should maintain daily documentation of the surveys they conduct in Google sheet formats
- Maintain a Conduct Sheet and Tracking Sheet for all surveys undertaken in Google sheet format
- Preparation of summary report after each research survey.
3) Other General Responsibilities :
- Contribute to organizational-level work and events
- Ensure adherence to Antarang Foundation (AF) values, policies and guidelines.
4) Management and Reporting :
- Report daily to the Research Supervisor
- Report monthly to the M&E team
Profile Requisites :
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th or equivalent
- Able to conduct in person and telephonic interviews
- Two or more years of work experience in field-level data collection or data entry
- Command over reading, writing and speaking – based on location of posting : Mumbai-based (covering survey of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Goa & Haryana): Hindi & Marathi
- Nagaland-based (covering survey of Nagaland): English & Nagamese Readiness to travel across various project sites of AF.
Desirable Skills for the Role :
- Organizational skills, team working, adaptability and initiative taking
- Ability to meet deadlines and delivery of commitments
- Experience of taking anthropometric measurements
- Experience of using TAB or smartphone for data entry
- Effective communication, personal and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with children
- Work Hours: 6.5 hours for 3 months, Hybrid.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
