- Operations Leadership: Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and production to meet repair deadlines.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing repair estimates.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed repairs for quality, accuracy, and color matching.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor technicians and support staff.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, track profitability, and manage insurance claims.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, such as OSHA, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a body shop, usually 2–4 years, with technical knowledge of repair processes.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle repair technology, paint refinishing, and estimating software
