Lead the strategy, submission, and maintenance of all product registrations and legal approvals for the company's multi-wing manufacturing portfolio. Oversee Herbal Cosmetics, Skincare, Nutraceuticals, and Ayurvedic/Herbal Beauty Products. Ensure 100% compliance of formulations, manufacturing lines, and packaging artwork with Indian and global healthcare authorities. Support aggressive growth in domestic and third-party contract manufacturing markets. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Strategy & Compliance Management Direct and oversee end-to-end regulatory compliance frameworks across Cosmetics, AYUSH/Ayurvedic formulations, and Nutraceuticals. Ensure manufacturing alignment with CDSCO Cosmetic Rules 2020, FSSAI guidelines, and AYUSH/WHO-GMP certification standards. Serve as the principal liaison for state and national statutory bodies. Handle audits, licensing inquiries, and routine regulatory inspections. Dossier Compilation, Submissions & Approvals Manage the timely preparation, review, and submission of product dossiers. Manage manufacturing layout and retail license documentation submissions. Track and manage regulatory timelines. Ensure zero delay in product launch approvals, licensing renewals, and certificate extensions. Address and clear technical queries raised by regulatory authorities. Ensure uninterrupted commercial clearance. Cross-Functional Governance & Technical Alignment Partner closely with the Cosmetics R&D; Head/Manager and Nutraceutical R&D; Head/Manager. Continuously cross-verify active ingredient tracker updates. Monitor banned chemical and dosage restrictions. Collaborate with QA and Production teams to prepare MFR, BMR, and Stability Study Protocols. Audit raw material files, technical specifications, and vendor BOMs. Secure certified regulatory clearances for new active ingredients. Artwork, Labeling & Marketing Claim Control Implement an absolute zero-error rule for packaging texts, marketing claims, and label declarations. Validate ingredient listings, percentage compositions, warnings, and dosage descriptions. Ensure compliance with statutory labeling acts before final artwork sign-offs. Market Expansion & Third-Party Client Advisory Provide regulatory consulting support to B2B and private label clients. Ensure customized formulations meet domestic market launch requirements. Develop strategic compliance plans for emerging domestic market channels. Support potential international export regulations. Core Performance Goals & Deliverables Zero Non-Compliance Penalties. Educational Background Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Pharmacology, Food Technology, or Chemistry. Required Competencies & Experience Regulatory Domain Mastery Deep knowledge of Indian licensing frameworks. Knowledge of State Licensing procedures. Knowledge of Central Licensing procedures. Understanding of WHO-GMP data integrity principles. Industrial Experience Significant leadership experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmetics manufacturing environments. Experience in high-velocity third-party/contract manufacturing setups preferred. Technical Acumen Expert ability to interpret legal documentation. Expert understanding of chemical safety metrics. Ability to evaluate stability tracking parameters.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
