Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and student-focused Academic Mentors to join our NEET & JEE coaching team in Kozhikode. The Academic Mentor will support students academically and personally by tracking progress, motivating learners, coordinating with faculty and parents, and helping students achieve their entrance exam goals.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide students in a competitive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide NEET & JEE aspirants on academic performance and study planning
- Monitor student attendance, test performance, and overall progress
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students and parents
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding student performance and improvement strategies
- Motivate students and help them manage exam stress and study schedules
- Maintain student records, reports, and mentoring updates
- Support academic operations and student engagement activities
- Assist students in setting goals and achieving academic targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentoring and student development
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment
- Prior experience in education, mentoring, counseling, or coaching industry is preferred
