We are hiring a strategic and performance-focused Lead Generation Journey Planner who can design and optimize customer journeys for lead generation and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand user behavior, conversion funnels, landing page strategy, and customer psychology to create seamless journeys that maximize leads and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and structure lead generation journeys for marketing campaigns
- Create conversion-focused user flow, CTA strategies, and landing page planning
- Map customer journeys to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversions
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for smooth execution
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Suggest CRO, retargeting, and A/B testing strategies for better results
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis for strategic improvements
- Ensure consistency between ad campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up funnels
Requirements:
- 6 Months+ experience preferred (2+ years highly preferred)
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & digital marketing workflows
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to understand customer psychology and user experience
- Team coordination and project management capabilities
