Roles & Responsibilities:
· Define and execute sales strategy for Corporates & PMC Consultants.
· Own order inflow, revenue targets, and pipeline management.
· Develop state-wise and department-wise sales plans.
· Allocate territories and targets to each team member.
· Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews.
· Ensure discipline in follow-ups, CRM reporting, and execution.
· Oversee identification and evaluation of Industrial Business.
· Ensure coordination for technical and commercial submissions.
· Review Project feasibility, risk, and profitability before submission.
· Track Project status, approvals, and conversions.
· Define Sales scripts, lead qualification criteria, and cold call KPIs.
· Ensure tele calling team generates quality leads and appointments.
· Monitor call data, conversion ratios, and follow-up discipline.
· Build relationships with:
Ø Government officials
Ø Industrial decision-makers
Ø Consultants & project authorities
· Support sales teams in critical negotiations and escalations.
· Implement CRM and maintain structured reporting systems.
· Share weekly MIS and monthly management reports.
· Coordinate with:
Ø Technical & Design teams (DPR & BOQ)
Ø Projects & Execution teams
Ø Accounts & Legal teams
· Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
Skills:
● Strong experience in Industrial Sales & Wastewater based business.
● Leadership capability for handling field teams & inside-sales teams.
● Understanding SOW/RFQs/BOQ’s, approvals, and government procedures.
● Strategic thinking with execution discipline.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Engineering / Environmental / MBA preferred)
Experience:
· 8–15 years of experience in:
Ø Industrial / PSU sales - STP/ETP/RO/ZLD
Ø Infrastructure / EPC / Environmental projects
Ø Team leadership roles
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat, Gujarat (Surat)
