Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Social Media Expert who can create engaging, compliant content and implement effective growth strategies across our social media platforms. This role is crucial for expanding our brand reach and connecting with our target audience in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Create compelling, engaging, and educational content tailored for Facebook and Instagram
- Develop both static posts and video content that simplifies financial concepts and showcases our services
- Design visually appealing graphics and edit videos that align with our brand identity
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach
- Identify and target our ideal customer demographics through strategic campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the financial sector
- Implement growth tactics including hashtag strategies, optimal posting times, and audience engagement techniques
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build and nurture relationships with our online community
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with relevant conversations
Compliance & Brand Voice
- Ensure all content adheres to financial services regulations and compliance requirements
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that builds trust and credibility
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
